Mexico now has more than 100,000 missing people, most likely kidnapped by drug traffickers. Thanks to their investigations, one of the many groups of citizens launched in search of these people has made a discovery that remembers the darkest hours of history: the clandestine crematorium.
It was on an abandoned ranch in Teuchitlan, west of Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, that the collective fell on these clandestine crematoriums. On the site, hundreds of clothing and more than 200 pairs of shoes were also discovered. Even if no formal evidence attests, these effects could have belonged to missing persons, killed by their captors to eliminate any trace of their crime. The place would also have served as a training center for a poster.
