When Chris Godwin was blowing up with 50 catches in the first seven weeks, the only thing you heard from Mike Evans was hype for his teammate, even though it put a dent in his own targets. It’s one of many reasons why Baker Mayfield calls him “one of one” here. pic.twitter.com/dbctv4Lf9B

Despite all of that, however, we still have people like ESPN reporter Jenna Laine (who covers the Tampa Bay Buccaneers) out here wearing masks and lecturing about them.
With it sounding like Laine was masked while speaking, a fan clowned her for it, as they should have.
“Hey buddy,” started Laine. “I’ve been sick off and on since Dec 15. Yet the Bucs’ injury report has had ZERO players with upper respiratory illnesses (Mike Edwards had a stomach bug). I’m masking up to continue protecting YOUR favorite players, coaches, their families and myself. You’re welcome.”
For some reason, it’s 2025 and we’re still having to deal with people who wear masks, or even worse, they give lectures about wearing them. After all, we’ve got to stop respiratory viruses!
