After Mali, Burkina and Niger, Lomé in turn suspended RFI and France 24

Togo has decided to attack RFI and France 24. These media were prohibited from the antenna on Monday for three months. They are accused of having transmitted “inaccurate and biased words” after demonstrations that shook the country at the beginning of the month.

This suspension comes to reduce the distribution space in Western Africa of these two French public media, suspended for several years in Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, three countries led by military boards.
